It’s simple! You meet with one of our customer experience specialists to determine what tasks you need for your business. Then, we break down those tasks into the number of hours needed to complete each item. With that information, you purchase the package that best fits your needs.

Yes, you purchase a block of hours based on the tasks you need every month. If you have hours left over at the end of the month, those will roll over to the next month.
You can always purchase more at any time at a special per-hour rate for exactly the amount you need.

The biggest difference between our Virtual Marketing Assistants, Virtual Marketing Managers, and contract CMOs is level of experience and time in the field. If you already have an existing marketing management department or an outlined marketing strategy, our Virtual Marketing Assistants can help you ease the workload for your team. These professionals have experience on the day-to-day tasks required to maintain consistency in your branding and marketing efforts.

If you need a more seasoned marketing expert to take on your marketing efforts our Virtual Marketing Managers are the right fit for you. These professionals work very well for solopreneurs, startups, established businesses, and non-profit organizations.

For businesses who are scaling quickly, we offer executive-level marketing professionals to help you drive your vision with less risk. Our contract CMOs are in high demand for growing small businesses, private and public enterprise companies, non-profit organizations, as well as local, state, and federal government agencies.

We do not require long-term contracts, but we do require prepayment on all our packages. Your payment, based on the hours you requested, then works as a credit. If you don’t use up all your hours in a month, they roll over to the following month.

As a new client, you will receive an invoice for the hours you need for your first month. Once that is paid, your virtual marketing professional will begin work.

For current clients, you will receive an invoice on the 15th of every month for the following month’s hours. Payment is due before the first day of the new month for work to continue.

However, we do partner with other Virtual Assistant agencies that specialize in military spouse and veteran employment – we would be happy to provide a referral for administrative support.

If at any time, you are not satisfied with your virtual marketing professional, you can request a new VMA or VMM at no additional cost.

Every client is given a unique log in to their own private online portal. In your client portal, you can find meeting notes, content for approval, project progress status updates, and daily time tracker updates. At the end of each month that you use The Small Business Marketing Studio, you’ll receive a comprehensive report of how the hours were allocated and progress on all your marketing goals.
Typically, you’ll be paired with a virtual marketing professional that can work within business hours in your time zone. From there, you and your VMM or VMA will determine an ongoing schedule that fits your needs.

Once you and your new virtual marketing manager or virtual marketing assistant have connected, we’ll be checking in with you and your marketing professional to ensure a positive working relationship.

If there is ever an issue, if your VMA/VMM no longer fits your needs, or if you need additional support – we will quickly identify the concern and add to or change your VMA/VMM with another member of our team.

Our Guarantee: If your virtual marketing assistant or virtual marketing manager is ever unavailable due to illness, vacation, a military move, or another reason – we will add a backup team member to your account to ensure continued momentum at no additional cost to you.
